Our Las Vegas operation is led by Julia, a born-and-raised Las Vegas native and self-described desert rat. After a brief detour to Montana, she came back to the valley where her entire family lives — and she’s been here ever since. As Las Vegas Manager, Julia oversees every estimate, installation, and customer interaction to make sure the job is done right.
Julia brings 6 years of experience in the screen and shade industry, starting in 2020. She began her career in a customer service role before advancing to manage the office and its staff, and now handles estimate calls and in-the-field service work in the sales department. That front-office-to-field progression means Julia understands your project from the first phone call through final installation — and everything in between.
As a woman in a male-dominated industry, Julia has built her reputation on one thing: trust. “Establishing customer trust is the most critical and rewarding part of my work,” she says. “It involves truly listening to their requirements and desires, and then delivering a solution that addresses all their needs without ever sacrificing our company’s integrity or the high quality of the installation.”
Julia’s favorite product? The motorized drop shades. “Their sleek design and countless benefits make them a perfect upgrade for any home,” she says. “From putting out a space heater in the winter to blocking those UV rays and keeping cool in the summer — they got you.” Blending indoor and outdoor living is what Apollo does best, and Julia knows exactly how to match the right product to your space.
What drew Julia to Apollo? The culture. “I was truly drawn in by Apollo’s passion for their work and their continuous drive for improvement,” she says. “It’s incredibly refreshing to be part of a team that is open to change and willing to try new things. I always feel comfortable asking questions, and the company prioritizes continuous education.”
