A Covered Patio In El Dorado Hills That Now Works All Year

A homeowner in El Dorado Hills wanted their covered patio to be usable beyond the narrow window of perfect weather. The solution was a full PowerScreen installation across the patio openings, sized and built to fit the exact dimensions of the space — see our motorized patio screens page for full specs.

The screens were specified with solar fabric to cut glare and block direct sun without closing off the view. Airflow stays intact. The neighbors can no longer see in. Bugs are out. The homeowner controls all of it from a single button — screens drop when needed, disappear when not.

Every unit carries a twenty-year warranty on both fabric and motor. That is not a number we throw around. It reflects how these systems are built and what we expect from them in the field.
